Our mission at Spinal Health and Co Chiropractic is to help you find a solution to resolve your neurological, muscular and skeletal pain while optimising your health in terms of feeling, functioning and moving at your very best. Whilst our immediate goal will be to address your pain, we aim to go beyond that and dive deep into the root cause and find a long term resolution.
It is important to us that we understand what the cause(s) of your symptoms are. We pride ourselves in our comprehensive approaching which includes digital postural analysis as well as both neurological and orthopaedic tests. Depending on results, our chiropractor may refer you to a radiological clinic for x-rays.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We dedicate this visit into finding the cause of the problem and what we need to do to help. A through comprehensive examination which includes postural, orthopaedic and neural examinations will be performed. We may also refer for spinal X-rays if it is clinically required.
REPORT OF FINDINGS
During your second visit, we combine all examinations and findings to give us an understanding of what the cause of your problem is. We will thoroughly go over what the results mean and what we can do to help with your issue. The Chiropractor may choose to use either spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy or muscle rehabilitation.
ADJUSTMENTS
Our Chiropractic care is tailored specifically to your body. Depending on the nature and cause of your issue, we may choose to use either gentle techniques such as soft tissue therapy or activator and blocks method. If suitable, Chiropractic manual adjustments and muscle rehabilitation will be used in combination.
PROGRESS EXAMS
Progress exams are all about evaluating the changes your body has undergone. We re-take your posture scan and re-do all examinations to compare how you are then to how you were during your first visit. More importantly, progress exams are designed to give us an indication of what needs to be done next.
